Can anyone point to examples of positive and innovative practice in custodial settings with young adult offenders. Not juveniles under 18 but those who are 18-21 years of age or even older. Grateful for suggestions or examples from any part of the world. It is part of a small project being conducted under the auspices of the UK based Transition to Adulthood Alliance http://www.t2a.org.uk/
