If you are already a member of the ICPA community, you need to log in or register first so that we correctly match your registration to your account If you are not a member, please continue to fill in the form. Please complete the entire form to register for the ICPA conference. When you are finished, click on the button at the bottom of the page to proceed to pay for your subscription online with a credit or debit card or to request an invoice (payable within 15 days). Cancellation Information
Cancellation Charges: If you cancel your registration between the following dates you will be charged as follows:
25% of total registration fee for cancellation between 1st September and 30th September 2010
50% of total registration fee for cancellation between 1st October and 23rd October 2010
100% for non-attendance.
