ICPA 13th AGM and Conference

Raffles City Convention Centre, Singapore
Hosted by our colleagues in the Singapore Prison Service, this event will take place alongside the annual Yellow Ribbon Project celebrations which seeks to engage the community in giving ex-offenders a second chance at life and to inspire a ripple effect of concerted community action to support ex-offenders and their families. The theme for this year's conference will be 'Unlocking the Second Prison'

Regular attendees should note that we will be holding the conference slightly earlier in the year (normally the last week in October) and you should mark your calendars for 11-16th September 2011.
