The European Science Foundation in Partnership with FWF and LiU is organising the following conference:

Violations of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law: Investigation and
Prevention of Torture and Death in Custody

The event will be held at Linköping in Sweden on 3-7 May 2010. The
closing date for call for papers applications is on the 8th of February.
